Design and construction of 4nr. new residential dwellings (2nr. 2 bed semi-detached and 2nr. 3 bed semi-detached) together with associated parking at the land on Petersfield Farm.
The Inset House, Cornwall
This Grand Design catered for living space spanning over 4 floors, whilst being set into a hilltop located in South-East Cornwall. The construction design lended itself to an in-situ concrete frame, sustainable features included a ground source heat pump and a passenger lift provided accessibility to all floors.
Guest car parking was situated at roof level, the Entrance level below provided the resident's own parking area situated within a garage alongside a workshop also. The swimming pool provided recreational facilities to compliment the vast paved outside living areas, which created this rather unique and attractive residential development overlooking the Bay and out to sea.
